We’re looking for dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as a Dedicated Site Security Guard. As a Dedicated Guard, you’ll play a vital role in protecting people, properties, and valuables. Whether you’re just starting your security career or have years of experience, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct static security services for a variety of clients, including retail, offices, and high-value areas
• Ensure all access points are secure and protect property and residents with attention to detail and safety
• Write detailed and accurate reports using our technology and software
• Provide top-notch customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively with our team and management to ensure operational excellence
• Manage daily activities and meet key benchmarks and expectations

Qualifications:

• Valid Class D Security License
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must own a reliable vehicle (required for this role)
• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills

Perks & Benefits:

• $15-16/hr starting and an opportunity for increase to $17/hour after performance review
• $16-17/hr for Advance Officer positions
• $18-$20/hr for Supervisor Positions

Advancement is available for motivated and reliable officers. Some may progress to Advanced or Supervisory roles based on performance—but those roles are earned over time with training and consistency.
