Armed Security Guard

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires a strong background in law enforcement and/or security, as well as excellent surveillance and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:
– Provide security services to protect clients and their property
– Enforce access control procedures
– Write detailed incident reports
– Capacity to remain standing throughout the entirety of the shift.
– Capability to refrain from personal phone usage.
– Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action
– Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential security risks
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
– Must possess a valid security guard license or certificate
– For Armed Security Guards; Must possess a valid armed security guard license or certificate
– Previous experience in law enforcement or security is required
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
