HIRING IMMEDIATELY – FULL-TIME FLEX OFFICERS

Join Sunstates Security and gain consistent hours, weekly pay, and a gas allowance while supporting multiple client sites in the Cave Creek, AZ area.

This full-time position covers 1st and 2nd shifts and offers $21.00 per hour + gas allowance, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• 
  Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Strong judgment and decision-making ability
• 
  Dependable transportation
• 
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 
  Current guard card
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards

Position Overview

Security Officers perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Officers are expected to become highly knowledgeable of site-specific protocols and respond quickly and effectively in all situations.

Flex Officer Role

The Flex Officer position is critical to our operational success. You will provide coverage for open shifts due to call-offs, vacations, illness, or other staffing needs. This ensures uninterrupted service for our clients while supporting overall team stability.

Scheduling Expectations

• You will be trained across multiple sites and/or facilities based on operational needs
• Assignments may last several weeks but are not permanent placements
• 
  Schedules will vary (shifts, days, and hours) depending on business needs
• Some shifts will be scheduled in advance, while others may be offered on short notice
• You are expected to work all scheduled shifts within your stated availability
• If unavailable during a timeframe within your availability, you must notify your supervisor in advance
• For short-notice call-ins, Flex Officers are expected to accept at least 80% of offered shifts. Declining more than 20% may impact employment status
