What You’ll Do

You will provide professional armed security services while representing the company with confidence, awareness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide armed security services across various assignments and environments

• Maintain a calm, professional, and confident presence with clients and the public
• Monitor and protect people, property, and assets
• Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
• Adapt quickly to changing assignments, schedules, and operational needs
• Write clear and accurate incident reports
• Work closely with leadership and fellow team members to maintain operational excellence
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Physically fit and capable of active assignments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
• Security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred
• Ability to obtain or maintain required Arizona security licensing
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

• $24/hour starting pay
