Are you an experienced security professional with a background in school environments? We are seeking dedicated, alert, and professional Rover Security Guards to support safety operations within a respected school district in Mamaroneck, NY.

This is a highly visible and impactful role where your presence helps ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide active patrol and security coverage across assigned posts and school grounds
• Monitor surroundings, identify risks, and respond to incidents with professionalism
• Report incidents, breaches, and unusual activity according to protocol
• Support de-escalation efforts and collaborate with fellow officers when needed
• Respond to alerts and escalate situations appropriately
• Utilize company systems for scheduling and timekeeping
• Follow all procedures related to fire safety, patrol, and incident reporting
• Maintain a strong, respectful presence aligned with client expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• 4+ years of school security experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of overall security experience
• Completion of 16-Hour OJT (On-the-Job Training) per NYS requirements
• CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and situational awareness
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
