Level 3 Security Officers

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and highly skilled Level 3 Security Officers to join our dynamic security team. As a Level 3 Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across various facilities. Your expertise in law enforcement, surveillance, and conflict management will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to identify potential threats or irregular activities.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through thorough verification processes.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
• Perform detailed conflict management to de-escalate situations while ensuring safety for all parties involved.
• Implement loss prevention techniques to protect assets and reduce theft or vandalism.
• Carry out regular patrols of premises, checking fences, gates, and security equipment to ensure operational integrity.
• Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement roles with a focus on high-level security responsibilities.
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable; additional qualifications in law enforcement or military service are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and familiarity with loss prevention practices.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and professionally.
• Knowledge of security protocols, legal regulations, and emergency response procedures relevant to the role.

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
