Unarmed Site Supervisor Security Officer Level II – Warehouse Access Control

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Reliance Security Services is seeking dedicated and professional Unarmed Site Supervisor Security Officers to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a trusted leader in the security industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality security services while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

This position focuses on warehouse access control operations. We are seeking candidates with open availability to work, But mostly in the 2ns shift, rest of schedule in case of emergencies.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Possible 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce Reliance Security Services policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Train and mentor security staff as needed.
• Provide site supervision and leadership.
• Cover emergency posts when necessary.
• Complete incident reports, daily activity reports, and security logs accurately and on time.
• Maintain the safety and security of assigned premises and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in accordance with established security protocols.
• Enforce all warehouse policies and procedures consistently.
• Perform patrols using a QR-based patrol scanning system.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or unusual activities.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras.
• Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with all site-specific rules and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid Texas Level II Security Guard License required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Previous security, supervisory, or warehouse access control experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to perform duties requiring sustained physical effort and endurance.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
