Shrimp & Co is looking for a reliable, professional Door Supervisor to join our Walthamstow restaurant team. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our customers and staff during busy weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entrance and support orderly queues during busy periods.
- Welcome customers politely and professionally.
- Monitor the entrance and restaurant for disruptive behaviour or safety concerns.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and confidently.
- Support the restaurant manager with security matters.
- Record incidents accurately and report them to management.
- Assist with safe customer departures at closing time.
Requirements
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
- Previous door security experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A calm, confident approach to resolving conflict.
- Reliable, punctual and professionally presented.
- Available to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including evenings and closing shifts.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
