Door Supervision and Luxury Retail Guarding

We understand that our most important asset to our organisation is our members of staff, and we go beyond regular expectations to make sure our staff are well taken care of while working with Sharp Security Services.

We are looking for an experienced security operatives to provide security services with genuine interest in the industry, understands the importance of client safety, and has the ability to spot situations before they happen. We want to see respectful communication skills, as you will be dealing with very high-profile clients and the use of your own initiative when looking for solutions to situations that may arise during work. Hygiene and pressed attire are very important to us at SHARP, we are recognised for our stylish uniforms that we tailor to each of our locations exclusively for our clients.

We are looking for fluent English and welcoming customer service, however we also look for assertive skills and at least 2 years within the security industry as a door supervisor or retail guard.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
We expect our staff to take ownership of their responsibilities and could be presented with the following throughout a day’s work:
– Checking Identification
– Problem Solving with members of staff
– Logging Lost Property
– Physical Intervention if necessary
– Static Positions
– Guest relations

To be considered for this role you will need to be available at least Thursday to Saturday. You must hold a SIA Door Supervision license, and have relevant high profile guest experience

You will need to provide documentation such as proof of identity, proof of address, rights to work in the UK and National insurance.

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
