Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Saturday–Sunday (Day), Monday–Tuesday (Night)
- Week 2: Saturday–Sunday (Day), Monday–Tuesday-Wednesday (Night)
Overtime available.
Shift Times:
- Day: 07:00 – 19:00
- Night: 19:00 – 07:00
Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour (paid breaks)

Role Overview
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and customer service standards of our site. You will work closely with the on-site supervisor and management team to carry out all duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Complete all assigned duties as per instructions from supervisors and management
- Report and act on any security breaches to line managers and the 24-hour control room
- Assist with any security, safety, or criminal investigations
- Log all incidents in the reporting system accurately and promptly
- Conduct internal and external patrols of buildings and car parks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Follow all site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments (RAs), memos, and toolbox talks
- Wear and maintain a valid SIA licence while on duty
- Operate CCTV equipment where required
- Attend training courses as directed
- Comply with all legal, health, and safety requirements of the role
- Managing the Security Control Room with the Supervisor

Requirements
Essential:

- Previous security experience
- Hold SIA DS or SG Licence
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence
- Police Vetting must be passed within 3months.
Desirable:

- Experience working in a busy reception environment
- Experience within a museum or cultural venue
