Mobile Response Officer

Job OverviewK4 Group Services is seeking reliable and experienced Mobile Response Officer to support our busy keyholding, alarm response and mobile patrol services across multiple sites. You will play a vital role in ensuring safety, responding to incidents and providing a professional service;

Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile patrols and keyholding duties across designated sites.
• Respond quickly to alarm activations and emergency situations.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Check and secure premises to prevent risks or breaches.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are used safely.
• Deliver excellent customer service when engaging with clients.

Requirements

• Valid SIA licence (required).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience in security or mobile response preferred.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
