SIA Door Supervisor – Henley-on-Thames

Pay: £14.24-£15.00 per hour

K1 Protection is looking for reliable, professional and proactive SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team in Henley-on-Thames.

We are looking for a security personnel who takes pride in their appearance, communication and professionalism. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff and the venue.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Door Supervisors, as well as motivated security professionals looking to develop their experience with a growing security company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage entry and exit points in a professional and welcoming manner
• Check identification and ensure venue entry procedures are followed
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the venue
• Monitor the venue for potential security, safety or safeguarding concerns
• Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents, challenging behaviour and emergencies
• Carry out regular patrols and security checks where required
• Enforce venue policies and procedures fairly and professionally
• Assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff
• Work closely with venue management and other members of the security team
• Complete incident reports and relevant security documentation when required
• Liaise with emergency services when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional security standards

What We’re Looking For

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Previous Door Supervisor or security experience is preferred
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Good awareness of your surroundings and a proactive approach to security
• Ability to follow instructions and venue procedures
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism
