Alarm Response Officer

We are currently hiring a Mobile Response Officer to join our team based in the Aldershot area.

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to alarm activations as soon as possible, demonstrating efficiency, safety and professionalism.
• Conduct locking and unlocking procedures at customers’ sites, guaranteeing their safety and security.
• Perform regular foot patrols of clients’ premises to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Collaborate closely with our 24-hour control room, receiving tasks such as alarm activations and completing hourly check calls.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have a valid full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervision / Close protection license. Candidates with Security Guard or without an SIA license will not be considered.
• Comfortable and confident attending alarms during the day, night and weekends, driving for extended periods in low-light conditions.
• Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:

• Variable as and when, responding to alarm calls.

Pay Rate:

• £25.00 per successful alarm callout.
