Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a team of Security Officers with excellent customer service skills and happy dealing with people, you will need to be proactive and manage the number of people entering the venue along with keeping the pavement clear and safe. Our client wants the team to have a presence but the priority is excellent communication and customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring the protection of assets and the prevention of loss.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated areas.
• Manage the clients attending the venue is a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals on-site.

Skills

• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
