Job Title: Security Guards – Mobile Patrol & On-Site Positions

About the Role

Jason’s Security Inc. is hiring responsible, dedicated and experienced security guards for mobile patrol and on-site assignments. We welcome applicants with 1–10 years of security experience who demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor entrances, exits and restricted areas.
• Identify and promptly report suspicious activity, safety hazards and incidents.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Follow site instructions, company procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and supervisors.
• Assist clients, residents and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Respond calmly to challenging situations and use de-escalation skills.
• Arrive on time, properly uniformed and ready for duty.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout each shift.

Requirements for All Applicants

• Valid Ontario security guard licence.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–10 years of security experience.
• Responsible, dedicated, honest and dependable.
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Strong observation, customer service and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and exercise sound judgment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to use a smartphone for reporting, patrol tracking and communication.

Additional Requirements for Mobile Patrol Positions

• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle required for patrol duties.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Ability to travel between assigned sites and use GPS navigation.
• Previous mobile patrol experience is an asset.
