As a Mobile Security Guard, you will patrol multiple client properties, respond to alarms and incidents, complete detailed reports, and provide a visible security presence while representing Phoenix Private Security Inc. with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled mobile patrols of multiple client properties using a company-designated patrol route.
• Perform interior and exterior foot patrols to identify safety hazards, suspicious activity, or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, lock-ups, unlocks, and emergency situations.
• Liaise with emergency services, law enforcement, and property management when required.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and electronic patrol documentation.
• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures.
• Conduct parking enforcement duties at designated client sites (where authorized).
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C) certification.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence (Full G).
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance available for work-related travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

The following are considered strong assets:

• Use of Force Certification.
• Previous experience in mobile patrol, security, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Experience with CCTV systems, access control, and electronic reporting software.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and conflict de-escalation.
