Security Guard

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an in-house security team. Whether you are looking for casual/on-call work, consistent part-time hours, or are looking to supplement your income, we invite you to come here to be a valued member of our security team.

As part of our in-house security team, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• interior and exterior property patrols
• building access control
• emergency response
• incident management
• event security
• asset and VIP protection
• incident investigations
• Fire Safety checks
• camera surveillance
• providing visible security presence
• willingness to participate in on-going training

You must be able to calmly handle stressful situations and remain cool headed in an emergency of any type. You must be responsive, pro-active, and have positive means of handling stress. Prior experience with a verifiable record of managing challenging and difficult people and situations, with positive outcomes, is preferable. We have a dynamic and flexible work environment and need an equally dynamic and flexible, strong member of the team to add to our strengths and diversity of skills.

You must already have a valid Ontario Security License at time of hiring (mandatory).

You must be reliable, punctual and able to communicate effectively in English.
