Position Summary
The ODO provides elite security and incident response for our Richmond, CA operations. This role requires a high-level law enforcement background to act as a primary deterrent, utilizing advanced de-escalation and tactical skills to ensure site safety and professional presence.
Mandatory Qualifications. LEOSA / HR 218 Compliance (Retired Officers)
- LE Experience: Minimum [10] years as a sworn Law Enforcement Officer (or disability retirement) with separation in good standing.
- Licensing: Current CA Armed Guard Card and firearms permits.
- Certification: Annual firearms qualification (within the last 12 months) to active-duty standards, 8-hour guard card training certificate, and the 32-CE training certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Deterrence: High-visibility patrolling to prevent criminal activity and mitigate risks.
- Emergency Response: Lead responder for medical, hostile, or emergency incidents.
- Liaison & Reporting: Coordinate with Richmond PD/local EMS and produce professional documentation.
- Professionalism: Balance a strong security presence with exceptional customer service.

Pay: $59.00 – $60.00 per hour
