SOUTH Armed Field Supervisor Graveyard Shift $24/hr

Lead from the field and make a difference on every shift. Allstate Security is hiring an Armed Field Supervisor in San Diego to support security officers, coach teams, and help deliver dependable service across client locations.

Pay, Location & Schedule

• Pay: $24.00 per hour.
• Part Time — Graveyard shift
• SAT-SUN 2130-0530
• Exact shift times and workdays will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• Office location: 9845 Erma Rd #300, San Diego, CA 92131.
• Field-based assignment with regular travel between client sites.
• Reports to Cesar Nunez.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned client locations.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with post orders, company policies, and uniform standards.
• Respond professionally to incidents, client concerns, and operational needs.
• Coach officers, evaluate performance, and document inspections and corrective actions.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and emergency shift coverage.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Recruiting on staffing and performance.

Training & Team Support

• Support onboarding, field training, and new employee orientation.
• Review site procedures and post orders with officers.
• Provide performance coaching and remedial training when needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and promote safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Help officers maintain compliance with BSIS requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Active California BSIS Guard Card and valid, active armed permit.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between client sites and work independently.
• Availability for the graveyard shift.

Preferred Experience

• Previous security supervisory experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent driving throughout the assigned service area.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
