Allstate Security is hiring a dependable Courtesy Patrol Officer for a full-time graveyard schedule. This active driving role combines property patrols, prompt responses to dispatch calls, and professional service to residents.

Pay, Location & Schedule

• Pay: $21.06–$21.84 per hour.
• Full-time graveyard position.
• Location: 9110 Judicial Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.
• Sunday: 9:00 PM–Monday 5:00 AM.
• Monday: 9:00 PM–Tuesday 5:00 AM.
• Tuesday: 11:00 PM–Wednesday 7:00 AM.
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM–Thursday 7:00 AM.
• Friday: 1:00 AM–9:00 AM (Friday morning).

Days above identify when each shift starts. A valid driver’s license is required; this role involves frequent travel between assigned properties.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned residential properties and maintain a visible, professional presence.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls about noise disturbances, trespassing, and other security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and incident reports in real time using a mobile reporting application.
• Perform gate openings and closures, property lock-ups, and routine door and perimeter checks.
• Address trespassing and transient activity professionally and in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and field supervision.
• Assist Field Supervisors and support additional operational needs when requested.

Requirements

• Active BSIS Guard Card.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the posted schedule.
• Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write fluent English.
• Successful completion of a background check and random drug testing.

Preferred Qualification

• Fair Housing training is preferred but not required.
