Days Supervisor Security Officer- Castroville TX

Job Summary

Warhawk Group Security is seeking a reliable, accountable, and professional Security Supervisor who leads by example and is committed to supporting both our officers and our clients. The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining proper staffing, conducting site inspections, mentoring officers, and serving as the primary link between field personnel and management.

This position requires a valid Texas Level III Commissioned Security License and a proven commitment to reliability, accountability, and leadership. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism while fostering a positive team environment. This position will be out of our Castroville Location.

Requirements (Must Meet)

• Valid Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (Required)
• Reliability is essential – consistent attendance, dependability, and strong communication are expected.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned locations as needed.
• Previous supervisory experience (security industry preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor Security Officers.
• Ensure all assigned posts are adequately staffed and provide coverage when necessary.
• Conduct routine site visits, post inspections, and uniform inspections.
• Review and approve incident and daily activity reports.
• Train officers on post duties and company expectations.
• Maintain communication between officers, clients, and management.
• Coach employees on performance, accountability, and professionalism.
• Serve as a liaison with law enforcement when needed.

Pay: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour
