Windom Security is seeking dependable, professional Security Officers to join our Mobile Patrol team. If you enjoy working independently, providing outstanding customer service, and protecting the communities you serve, we’d like to hear from you.

Before You Apply

This is a driving position. Applicants must:

• Have a valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Meet company driving eligibility requirements
• Successfully pass a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Pass an extensive background investigation
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening

Serious driving violations, DUI-related offenses, reckless driving, license suspensions, or a pattern of moving violations may affect eligibility.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol multiple client properties throughout Scottsdale
• Respond to alarms, service calls, and security incidents
• Conduct property inspections, lockups, and unlocks
• Complete detailed reports using mobile technology
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday
• Operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Day, Swing, and Overnight shifts available
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Ability to meet company driving requirements
• Ability to pass a 5-year MVR review
• Ability to pass an extensive background investigation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
