Superior Protection Services is seeking dependable and professional Armed Flex Officers in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a flexible, as-needed position for reliable armed guards who can respond when called and are ready to work a variety of shifts and assignments.

Schedule

• As-needed / on-call
• Shifts may include morning, swing, or graveyard
• No guaranteed schedule — availability and reliability are essential

Position Overview
As an Armed Flex Officer, you will fill in at various client sites across the Phoenix area. Assignments can change based on operational needs and may include standing posts, roving patrols, access control, or specialized duties. We are looking for officers who are flexible, professional, and ready to step in when needed.

Possible Duties (vary by assignment)

• Standing guard / fixed post
• Foot patrols and vehicle patrols
• Access control (including truck gates)
• CCTV / surveillance monitoring
• Wanding and operating x-ray machines
• Responding to incidents and completing detailed reports
• Enforcing post orders and company policies
• Maintaining a professional presence and strong customer service

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card required
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License (clean record preferred)
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Prior armed security experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different sites and shifts
