$21.50 – $26.50 Per Hour | Average Earnings: $24.50/Hour | 40 Hours Per Week

Superior Protection Services is hiring a professional Armed Security Guard for a full-time position combining a weekend Armed Standing Guard assignment and weekday Armed Rover duties.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Armed Standing Guard
• $26.50/hour

Monday & Tuesday

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Armed Rover
• $21.50/hour

This position combines both assignments into a consistent 40-hour work week with average earnings of approximately $24.50 per hour.

Additional Client Requirements

To be eligible for this assignment, candidates must:

• Pass a TB test
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption form

Responsibilities

• Access control
• Foot patrols
• CCTV monitoring
• Incident response
• Daily reporting
• Vehicle and rover patrols
• Coverage of multiple client sites throughout Phoenix

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of armed security experience
• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card
• Active Firearms Certification
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with fewer than 2 points
• Must be at least 23 years old due to company driving and insurance requirements
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Rover or patrol experience preferred
• Must pass a TB test (Client Requirement)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required (Client Requirement)
