Windom Security, a veteran-operated security company, is seeking a Security Patrol Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol division in the Phoenix area.

This role is ideal for experienced security professionals, former military, or law enforcement personnel who are ready to step into a field leadership position overseeing patrol officers and supporting daily security operations.

The Patrol Supervisor will serve as the field leader for patrol operations, ensuring officers perform their duties professionally while maintaining strong communication with Operations and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mobile patrol officers during assigned shifts
• Conduct field inspections and patrol ride-alongs
• Respond to incidents and support officers in the field
• Ensure patrol routes and property checks are completed
• Maintain communication with Operations and Dispatch
• Document incidents, reports, and shift activity
• Mentor and assist with the training of new officers
• Ensure officers follow post orders and company standards

Preferred Background

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in:

• Security Patrol Operations
• Mobile Patrol or Field Supervisor roles
• Military leadership
• Law enforcement
• Security team lead or shift supervisor roles

Qualifications

✔ 2+ years security experience required
✔ Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
✔ Prior military or law enforcement experience is a strong plus
✔ Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
✔ Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
