Windom Security is seeking exceptional Security Professionals to join our team at one of the most prestigious luxury residential communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional resident and guest experience through professional, concierge-level customer service.
• Welcome and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor and control access to the community while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Represent Windom Security with integrity, confidence, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or customer-focused service.
• 1+ year of security experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with VIP, executive, or high-net-worth clientele is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong attention to detail.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass an extensive background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
