Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security protocols and practices, with an emphasis on surveillance and conflict management. The Security Specialist will work closely with law enforcement when necessary.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a calm environment.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
• Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to enhance safety measures.

Skills

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred.
• Flexible availability
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert in customer service.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and commitment to safety.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
