Overnight Hotel Security Guard

About Found:RE Phoenix Found:RE Phoenix is a 104-room independent boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Phoenix. We’re looking for a dependable, alert overnight security guard to help keep our guests, staff, and property safe through the night.

Responsibilities Patrol the property (interior and exterior) throughout the overnight shift, including guest floors, parking areas, pool, and back-of-house

Monitor CCTV and security systems; respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity

Conduct regular walkthroughs and log observations, incidents, and irregularities Respond to guest and employee concerns, providing a visible, professional security presence

Enforce hotel policies regarding access control, parking, and after-hours entry Coordinate with front desk and management on safety issues, lockouts, and emergencies Assist with medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other incidents until first responders arrive

Complete detailed incident and shift reports

Requirements

Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred

Valid Arizona Guard Card (or ability to obtain one prior to start) Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

Strong observation skills and sound judgment under pressure

Clear, professional communication with guests and staff

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including stairs

Clean background check required

CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
