Unarmed Security Guard

B. Safe Global LLC is hiring professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

We are looking for dependable, professional, and alert individuals for current and upcoming security assignments. This position is not limited to one venue or account. Guards may have opportunities to work nightlife venues, special events, private functions, hospitality locations, and other future B. Safe Global contracts.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time / On-call. Hours vary depending on client needs and available assignments. Most shifts will include evenings, nights, weekends, and special events. Weekly hours are not guaranteed, but additional opportunities may become available as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas
• Assist with access control and crowd management
• Professionally interact with guests, staff, and clients
• Identify and help de-escalate potential conflicts
• Follow client and B. Safe Global post orders
• Document and report incidents when necessary
• Work effectively as part of a security team

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Unarmed Guard Card
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to remain standing and alert for extended periods
• Security, nightlife, hospitality, or event experience preferred
