Are you ready to take on the challenge of ensuring a safe and secure environment at one of Phoenix’s premier luxury destinations? Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence to join our Security team.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol the hotel premises to identify and address security risks
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and safety hazards
• Maintain order with a focus on guest and associate well-being
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity
• Assist guests and employees with various security needs

What You’ll Bring

• A background in law enforcement, security, or military preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions and maintain composure in challenging situations
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and life safety systems
