We are seeking a unarmed Sora certified Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This position requires observational skills and the ability to handle conflict effectively.

Responsibilities

• Officer will be stationed inside a commercial business.
• Officers will be courtesy and speak politely to customers.
• Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate tense situations as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports of incidents.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
