Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Personnel to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using CCTV systems, access control systems, and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Manage access control procedures by verifying identities, performing background checks, and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing first aid procedures, CPR, AED operation, fire safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy.
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies while adhering to safety standards.
• De-escalate conflicts using conflict management techniques and conflict de-escalation skills to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, Taser devices, firearms (where legally permitted), and other security tools in accordance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff courteously while ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Enforce security regulations consistently by conducting patrols, inspecting premises, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance.

Experience

• Prior experience in physical security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems including CCTV operation and access control systems is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and incident report writing accurately.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, fire safety, or related emergency response training is preferred.
• Experience handling security equipment such as Tasers or firearms (where legally authorized) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of security protocols related to confidentiality, compliance with regulations, and incident management.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and conduct patrols over extended periods while maintaining alertness.

Pay: $25.55 – $30.77 per hour
