Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding promptly to emergencies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong conflict management skills, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued. The Security Guard plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment and protecting company assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to observe and record activities on-site
• Enforce security policies by controlling access points and verifying identification of visitors and employees
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing appropriate action or escalation as needed
• Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations professionally and calmly
