Flex Unarmed Security Officer

Job Overview:
Quality Security Services is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Security Officer to support operations at a warehouse facility with a structured and well-managed environment, including a central command center. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, alert, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access by checking employee badges and screening bags
• Conduct routine patrols of the warehouse and surrounding areas
• Operate within a command center environment, including monitoring cameras and alarm systems
• Follow established post orders and site-specific procedures
• Respond to incidents and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns

Qualifications:

• CPR Certification (preferred through Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Prior security experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Temporary/contract position
• Must be flexible and available to pick up day or afternoon shifts as needed

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with a clean and organized environment
• Includes both foot patrol and command center monitoring duties

Pay: $21.00 per hour
