Security Field Supervisor in NYC

KS Services is looking for a leader with experience in the security field. Do you have experience as a security supervisor or field supervisor? Willing to represent the company in each of your field visits? Do you have a NYS security license active and a valid driver’s license? Available to work Evening and Overnight shifts on Weekends?

Pay Rate: $21.00/h and Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality site inspections and supervise day-to-day operations at sites.
• Collection of timesheets and reports as required.
• Engage, supervise and help train security officers.
• Will be responsible for coaching, development, and support of security staff.
• Must maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers.
• Must maintain company vehicle during your tour and submit daily field and vehicle reports
• Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
• Able to cover an open post as needed.

Important: The candidate must have CLEAN driver’s license to be considered for the position, and be eligible to drive our vehicule.

Job Type: Full-time
