Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Concierge to join our team at a prestigious luxury residential community. This role goes beyond traditional security responsibilities by providing exceptional concierge-level service to our residents, guests, and vendors. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, observant, and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and first-class living experience.

As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will represent the community with professionalism while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and vendors while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.
• Monitor building access and verify all visitors, contractors, and vendors before granting entry.
• Greet residents and guests professionally and assist with directions, information, and general inquiries.
• Receive, organize, and distribute resident packages accurately and efficiently.
• Escort vendors, contractors, and visitors throughout the property as needed.
• Conduct regular property patrols to ensure the building, amenities, and common areas remain safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Monitor security cameras and respond promptly to unusual activity or security concerns.
• Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist residents during community events and provide support during private resident events when requested.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident logs.
• Respond professionally to emergencies and follow established safety and security procedures.
• Work collaboratively with management, maintenance, valet, housekeeping, and other staff to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
• Help maintain the luxury standards and appearance of the community by remaining attentive to resident needs and building operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, concierge services, hospitality, luxury residential communities, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Comfortable using computers, security systems, surveillance cameras, and visitor management software.
• Ability to walk the property for extended periods, stand for long durations, and occasionally lift or move packages.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
