Unarmed Security Officer – Dispatcher

Prosegur is now hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer with CCTV experience and with demonstrated work history performing within this role.

Shifts include: All Shifts

40 hours per week

Location: Port of Miami

Hourly starting wage: $25.35/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Track employee time and attendance
• Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
• Track the progress of security patrols
• Receive calls from interior guard posts
• Respond to client requests
• Facilitate incident response efforts
• Initiate notification and escalation procedures
• Document significant incidents
• Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have an active Unarmed Security License
• Must have experience in CCTV monitoring
• Must have a lenel on-guard alarm monitoring experience/access control.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Must have at least 3 years of Front Desk experience
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
