Executive Protection Agent

We are seeking a highly trained and experienced Executive Protection Agents to ensure the safety and security of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional situational awareness and have a strong background in personal protection, conflict resolution, and emergency response. This role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to be on call as needed. HR218 CERTIFIED PREFERRED
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide close protection to clients in various environments, including events, travel, and private residences.
– Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective security strategies tailored to the client’s needs.
– Monitor and assess surroundings to identify potential threats, maintaining a high level of vigilance at all times.
– Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with clients and team members.
– Implement defensive driving techniques and secure transportation for clients when necessary.
– Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
– Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
– Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related matters.
**Qualifications:**
– Prior experience in personal security, law enforcement, or military service preferred.
– Certifications in personal protection, self-defense, and first aid/CPR are highly desirable.
– Strong physical fitness and the ability to react quickly in emergencies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
– Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
