Luxury High-Rise Condominium | Brickell, Florida

FPI Security Services is seeking several professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a luxury high-rise condominium in Brickell.

This assignment includes garage security, front desk duties, and foot patrols. These are active posts requiring officers who are attentive, professional, and customer service-oriented.

Several Schedules Available. Mornings, Afternoons or Overnights

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Florida Class "D" Security License
• Valid Florida Driver’s License or Florida Identification Card
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background investigation
• Reliable transportation with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
• Access to a phone, internet, and email for scheduling and communication

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize the entry of residents, guests, vendors, and vehicles
• Conduct regular foot patrols and garage patrols throughout the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity and security concerns
• Prevent unauthorized access to the community
• Remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals in accordance with post orders
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
• Provide assistance to residents, guests, and visitors as needed
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately and professionally
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and guests
