Armed Security Professional – High-Visibility Residential (Santa Ana 92704)

Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 8.0 Hours Paid (1-Hour Unpaid Meal Break)

AVAILABLE OPENINGS:

• Full-Time: 5 nights per week (40 Paid Hours).
• Part-Time/Backup: 2 nights per week (16 Paid Hours).

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: This is a High-Visibility post. We are NOT looking for "warm bodies." We are seeking elite, disciplined Armed Officers. If you cannot commit to 100% alertness and professional conduct, do not apply.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:

• Credentials: You MUST possess a current BSIS Guard Card AND a valid BSIS Firearm Permit. You must provide your own duty belt and firearm.
• Professional Image: Impeccable grooming is a condition of employment. Uniforms must be clean and pressed. No unauthorized facial hair or visible piercings.
• Strict Attendance: Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness. If you are 5 minutes late, you are late.
• Operational Excellence: No sleeping, no personal phone use, no unauthorized visitors.
• Digital Proficiency: Must be comfortable using mobile apps for clock-ins and GPS-verified patrols.
• Local Candidates: Must reside within 25 minutes of Zip Code 92704.
