Security Mindset Solutions is looking for dependable, professional Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team on an on-call, as-needed basis.

This opportunity is ideal for security professionals who already have a full-time or part-time job, work another schedule, are retired, or simply want to earn additional income while maintaining the flexibility to choose assignments that fit their availability.

We understand that your schedule matters. Our on-call officers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts, provide coverage when needed, and gain experience working at a variety of client locations and assignments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable security professional
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to respond when available for on-call assignments
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Previous security experience preferred
• Armeds officers must possess the required California BSIS firearms qualifications

Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
