Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual client consultations
• Analyze financial information to identify planning opportunities
• Educate clients on retirement income, protection, and tax-advantaged strategies
• Develop customized financial solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
• Support estate-planning concepts in coordination with licensed professionals
• Maintain long-term client relationships through structured follow-ups
• Participate in weekly training, compliance updates, and professional development

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work
• Background check required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness to obtain required state Life & Health licenses (guidance provided if not currently licensed)

License/Certification:

• Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)

Compensation

Performance-Based | Uncapped

Earn Through:

• Direct Commissions
• Residual & Renewal Income
• Asset-Based Compensation (where applicable)
• Performance Bonuses (Monthly & Quarterly)
• Agency Override Compensation

Typical part time annual earnings range from $50,000–$100,000+ based on production and time commitment.
