$19.52/Hour | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | 45 Hours/Week

Are you professional, dependable, and great with people? United Protective Services is looking for a Security Lobby Officer who thrives in a heavy customer service environment and takes pride in creating professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients.

This is a highly visible, client-facing security position requiring frequent interaction with the client and property guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer-literate, professional, and confident communicating with people throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional assistance to employees, visitors, guests, and clients.
• Interact directly with the client and maintain a positive, professional working relationship.
• Serve as a professional and welcoming presence in the lobby.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, and security systems.
• Verify visitors and assist with access-control procedures.
• Use computers, email, Microsoft Office, and security-related software for daily tasks and reporting.
• Accurately document incidents, activities, and other required information
• Respond professionally to questions, concerns, and security-related situations.
• Follow site procedures while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Strong customer service experience is required
• Heavy customer service and direct client interaction experience preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address small issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and technology
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Security, hospitality, concierge, receptionist, or front-desk experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift
