Commissioned Site Supervisor

Star Protection Agency is seeking an experienced, professional Commissioned Site Supervisor for a full-time security assignment in Humble, TX 77396.

This position supports a large residential HOA community with extensive common areas, recreational amenities, community facilities, trails, and controlled-access areas. The community includes an amenity village, clubhouse, pool and lagoon areas, playgrounds, sports facilities, trails, and gated entry features.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the assigned security team while maintaining a professional, visible security presence throughout the community. The ideal applicant will have strong supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, HOA representatives, vendors, and Star Protection Agency management.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities

-Supervise commissioned security officers assigned to the HOA community

-Provide shift leadership and ensure officers understand their assigned posts and responsibilities

-Conduct roll calls, post checks, and routine inspections of security personnel

-Ensure officers report to duty on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for their assignments

-Maintain professional security coverage throughout the property

-Conduct vehicle and/or foot patrols of designated community areas

-Monitor entrances, common areas, amenities, facilities, and other assigned locations

– Enforce post orders, HOA rules, access-control procedures, and Star Protection Agency policies

– Respond to calls for service, disturbances, suspicious activity, safety concerns, and other incidents

-Take appropriate action within the scope of security duties and immediately escalate serious incidents

-Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation

– Review officers’ reports for accuracy, professionalism, and completeness

– Communicate important incidents, staffing concerns, and operational issues to management

-Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, EMS, or other emergency personnel when required

– Maintain accountability for keys, equipment, radios, vehicles, and other assigned security resources

-Assist with officer training, coaching, and performance expectations

-Help maintain proper staffing and immediately report call-offs, tardiness, or coverage issues

– Maintain a professional working relationship with HOA management, residents, guests, contractors, and vendors

– Provide professional customer service while maintaining appropriate security standards

– Perform additional security and supervisory duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Active Texas Commissioned Security Officer license required
• Minimum 2 years of site supervisor experience required
• Active Texas Drivers License and clean driving record required
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold security officers accountable
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and document incidents
• Ability to patrol residential and community amenity areas
• Ability to respond professionally to security concerns, resident issues, and emergencies
• Must meet all Star Protection Agency employment and licensing requirements

Work Environment

This assignment serves an active residential HOA community with significant resident and guest activity. The property includes recreational and community amenities such as a clubhouse, playgrounds, pools, sports areas, and walking/trail areas. The community also has gated-entry and trail infrastructure, making consistent patrols, observation, communication, and professional interaction important parts of the assignment.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employment: Full-Time
Schedule: Full-time schedule based on site operational needs. Applicants must have dependable availability and understand that HOA security operations may require weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight coverage.
