Security Officer (Outdoor Security) – Arlington, TX 76011

Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is seeking dedicated and reliable Security Officers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.

This positionrequires individuals who are comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting outdoor patrols, responding to security incidents, and enforcing company policies to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

A Shift

• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

B Shift

• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

C Shift

• Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

D Shift

• Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility access points and control entry/exit activity
• Conduct regular outdoor patrols of the property and perimeter
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
• Enforce company policies and security procedures
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Assist with investigations as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Level II Security License
• Minimum of one year of security experience preferred
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
