Job Description

About Us

Lifotek Systems LLC is a growing low-voltage and security integration company based in the Dallas/Plano area. We’re backed by an established international parent company with 11+ years of experience and thousands of delivered IT and system integration projects worldwide. We’re building our U.S. operations from the ground up — which means you won’t just be filling a seat. You’ll be helping shape how we build and deliver projects.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced field technician or lead installer who’s ready to step into a supervisory role. You’ll oversee installations, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure quality and code compliance across commercial low-voltage and security projects in the DFW market.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You’ll work directly with company leadership and have a real path to grow into a project management role as the company scales. The right person will help build the field operations side of the business — not just execute someone else’s playbook.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and perform installations of alarm, CCTV, access control, and related low-voltage systems
  • Coordinate field activities with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure installations meet quality standards, safety requirements, and code compliance
  • Review project drawings and scopes of work
  • Communicate project status, issues, and updates to leadership
  • Help build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors and vendors in DFW
  • Support estimating, proposals, and project planning as the role grows

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ consecutive years of verifiable full-time field experience in alarm, CCTV, and/or access control installation
  • Hands-on knowledge of security system installation, wiring, termination, and testing
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based FBI criminal history background check
  • Based in DFW or willing to relocate before start date
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Texas DPS Alarm Systems Installer license
  • Texas DPS Electronic Access Control Device (EACD) Installer license
  • Prior experience as a lead technician or field supervisor
  • ESA Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level 1
  • Manufacturer certifications (Honeywell, Hikvision, Axis, Genetec, etc.)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  • Estimating or project design experience

What We Offer

  • Hourly Pay : $32 – $35 per hour
  • Performance-based raises and bonus opportunities
  • Clear path to grow into a project management role as the company scales
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • The opportunity to build a department from the ground up, working directly with the company’s founder
  • Training support
