Security Officer Level 3

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members in the field. This position requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, ability to respond to incidents, even keeled and methodically.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Respond promptly to property damage, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities.
• Utilize cell phone recording and surveillance equipment to monitor activities.
• Enforce parking rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage.
• Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred
• Experience in conflict management and de-escalation tactics is a plus.
• Military experience may be beneficial but is not required.
• Muat be iver 30 for insurance purposes
• Clean driving record no criminal charges/convictions
