Unarmed Security Officer – Courthouse

Schedule: Full-time, 47.50 hours per week (Days off: Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: $19/hr

Requirement: Applicants must hold a valid Texas Level 2 Guard Card

At International Security Services (ISS), we are looking for you, a dependable and professional individual who takes pride in maintaining safety and order. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for screening visitors, monitoring the lobby, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment at our client’s municipal courthouse. This role also includes light computer-based duties and interaction with the public.

As a Security Officer You Will:

• Screen all visitors using metal detecting equipment to ensure safety
• Monitor the lobby and maintain a visible, professional presence
• Assist guests and provide courteous directions or information
• Complete light computer tasks, including logging visitor activity
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly to supervisors
• Support courthouse safety procedures and emergency protocols
