Licensed Security Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
• Conduct regular surveillance using camera systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist in conflict management and resolution among individuals on-site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
