Summary:
The Security Officer provides high-quality services for patients, families, visitors, and team members by ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Primary duties include enforcing hospital regulations, policies, and procedures while performing security functions such as patrolling the facility/property. This role is a trained responder for high-risk patients as part of the System Safety and Preventing Violence (SSPV) programs. This position is responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with team members, various agencies, and the public to carry out effective and professional communications and procedures.
